My Story

I grew up in a small town in South-Central of Vietnam, surrounded by the serenity of Nature. I have always had deep appreciation for the world of Nature and its restorative qualities. After relocating to Australia in 2005, I prioritised well-being by starting my journey in internal Martial Arts, learning Taoist philosophies, Tai Chi, Qigong breathing exercises, and other approaches to mindful living and self develpment.

In 2010, just a year after my first child was born, I was diagnosed with chronic hyperthyroidism. I had been experiencing symptoms for quite some time without fully understand their cause. It was a period that led me to reflect on how my daily physical and mental activities, along with the pressure of modern living, could have influenced my health during that period.

~ When the mind is unsettled, the body reflects imbalance ~

After incorporated more holistic practices into my daily activities include yoga, fitness exercises, practice regularly mindful meditation, Tai Chi, Qi Gong breathing exercise, along with greater focus on to my mental and emotional wellbeing etc. During this period, my symptoms gradually disappeared which I experienced as a gradual return to balance in my health.

This journey shaped my understanding that wellbeing can be influenced by many factors, including how we care for our physical, mental, and emotional states. I came to see the value of noticing imbalances early and supporting the body through mindful, supportive practices. I often reflect on ideas such as:

The path to wellness involves aligning the body, mind, and soul ~

When the mind finds the balance, the soul feels content, the body radiates health ~

From a young age, I have been drawn to spiritual and contemplative practices, which have supported my personal growth and self-understanding. During this journey, I developed an interest in Native American flutes, which later led me to explore sound-based practices more deeply. I pursued formal training in sound therapy and attained my diploma certifications through Sound Healing Academy. I view sound-based practices as a complementary approach that can help support relaxation, provide a gentle reset, help bring balance to the nervous system. Many people find that these practices create a sense of inner calm, helping them reconnect with themselves and restore a sense of equilibrium in their daily lives.

If you're looking for a natural and holistic way to support your wellbeing, sound therapy is definitely worth exploring. I am passionate about sharing these experiences and creating spaces where people can find gentle support, explore deep relaxation and self-connection through sound in ways that feel authentic to them.

My approach at Sun.Sound.Silence Wellness provides meaningful and supportive experiences for those seeking overall wellbeing, spiritual growth, and personal development in their own way.
